If a dispute arises, then San Diego, California will be the required location for resolution.
This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns from now and at any time in the future. In consideration of my participation in Bubble Soccer, I hereby release, discharge, promise not to sue, and hold harmless Bubble Soccer Club and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, members, volunteers, subsidiaries, agents, successors, other participants and assigns from any and all liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, by reason of any death, injury, illness, damage, loss, or expense incurred in connection with my participation in Bubble Soccer, including that caused solely or in part by the fault (including but not limited to negligence, gross negligence, and/or recklessness) of the above-named parties. I agree that if at any time I believe conditions or equipment to be unsafe, I will discontinue participation in the activity.

I agree and I will abide by the Bubble Soccer Club safety rules and code of conduct that will be explained by the Bubble Soccer Club Event Coordinator/Referee prior to playing and are also available on the /official-rules/ website link. I also acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19. CONSENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITYīy signing this agreement, I attest that I do not suffer from any heart, lung, or other medical condition or disease that might in any way hinder or prevent me from participating in Bubble Soccer, and in any event, I agree that I participate at my own risk.
